We are thrilled to welcome Lewis to our platform, bringing with him a deep track record of success in originating and executing complex investments in this sector, with the skills, experience and relationships that are very relevant to the vision that we and our shareholders have of providing transformational investment solutions.

Lewis’s appointment is the latest in a series of important hires of leading industry talent in financial, credit, technical and commercial roles at Deucalion. Notably, Rick Boyes has recently joined us as senior vice president Commercial, based in our London office, to strengthen and broaden our first-class team. Rick joins us from a long and successful career at Virgin Atlantic which spanned across engineering and operational roles culminating in his final position as Head of Fleet, looking after all the airline’s aircraft and engine transactions.  We look forward to Rick contributing his skills knowledge and airline experience to Deucalion.

As part of our continued expansion and further strengthening of the business, Deucalion is pleased to announce the formation of Deucalion Aviation Ireland Limited (“Deucalion Ireland”) a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deucalion Aviation Limited. Deucalion Ireland is the third Deucalion Group entity to join the growing London and Singapore businesses.  The formation of our Irish entity will allow us to provide services to a wider customer base and will employ the Deucalion technical team and EU based commercial and marketing staff.
