In the past 12 years, we have sold or re-leased 330 aircraft. Through our extensive network and long-standing relationships, we offer the highest quality of services whether for aircraft leases, fleet sales of aircraft on lease, or aircraft on ground (AOG).
We offer comprehensive management of aircraft leases from single aircraft owners through to being an independent servicer for asset backed securities (ABS) structures. Our dedicated team oversees all lease contract documentation and acts as the day-to-day contact with airlines to ensure full compliance with lease covenants. By focusing on key commercial terms, and establishing, the right key contacts, and utilising industry leading software are able to assist investors efficiently.
Our 15-strong global technical group protects asset value through detailed analysis, oversight and monitoring through an aircraft’s lifecycle. We ensure the condition and status of the aircraft is in line with purchase contracts through pre-purchase inspections, and is being operated and maintained in accordance with the lease agreement. We manage maintenance and reserve claims, carry out end-of-lease inspections, and prepare and manage budgets for onward leasing or sale. On average, our technical group inspects one aircraft every three days and transitions two aircraft each month.
Leveraging our in-house management skills, we assist clients in both the normal course of business and distressed situations with a full-range of consultancy services. Airlines and investors can benefit from our technical expertise from aircraft procurement or our proprietary fly-forward maintenance analysis. We also offer remarketing services as well as aircraft inspections and deliveries.
