Under a separate transaction, Deucalion Aviation, on behalf of the Japanese aircraft owner, sold one of its managed Airbus A321 aircraft on lease to Etihad Airways to Genesis. This is the first lease sale transaction with Dublin based lessor, Genesis.

Jon Skirrow, Chief Executive Officer of Deucalion Aviation said:

Commenting on the Airbus A321 acquisition, Karl Griffin CEO of Genesis stated
