Deucalion Aviation announces the lease of two IAE V2500 engines to Etihad Airways and the sale of one Airbus A321 on lease to Etihad Airways to Genesis.

Deucalion Aviation, acting as servicer on behalf of DCAL Aviation Finance, one of its asset-backed securitisations, extends its relationship with Etihad Airways by delivering two (2) IAE V2500 engines on long term leases to support its Airbus operations.

Under a separate transaction, Deucalion Aviation, on behalf of the Japanese aircraft owner, sold one of its managed Airbus A321 aircraft on lease to Etihad Airways to Genesis. This is the first lease sale transaction with Dublin based lessor, Genesis.

Jon Skirrow, Chief Executive Officer of Deucalion Aviation said:

We would like to congratulate the Genesis team on successfully closing this sale and purchase transaction. We are also grateful for Etihad Airways support and cooperation. We look forward to collaborating with both Genesis and Etihad again in the future

Commenting on the Airbus A321 acquisition, Karl Griffin CEO of Genesis stated
